Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the shipping label (if available)

We will promptly review your request and provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

PDF files
JPEG files
SVG files
PNG files
Templates
Digital artwork
Printable files
Instant downloads

If you experience any technical issues or receive an incorrect file, please contact us. We'll be happy to assist you and resolve the issue.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, include all original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

This statutory right does not affect our additional 30-day return policy described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return procedure outlined above.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
